1 weeks rent set up fee (Payable on completion of tenancy set up. Subject to minimum fee of £350)

If you don’t want to have any day to day involvement with your student tenants, then this service will provide you with rental payments, regular statements, and property visits throughout your tenancies.

BILLS INCLUDED

To make your property further stand out from the crowd, we can advertise it as ‘Bills Included’. An increasingly popular package which avoids headaches caused by Utility Bills for Landlords & Tenants alike.

Packages can include everything from Water to WiFi at a manageable monthly amount for each Tenant, but crucially at NO COST to you, the Landlord and does not affect the amount of rent you receive.

You need only be the name on the Tenancy Agreement. Leave the rest to us…
